Gary Loos was excellent, pleasant and a great guy. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of buying not only 1 but 2 vehicles from Gary. He stayed late until we were completely finished, we also received great service from Brad the finance director. Actually in all honesty we have never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a car dealer and I would highly recommend them. We were in Flagstaff for the weekend, up from the Valley when I noticed fluid all down the side of my truck, all over the engine compartment and the wheel well too. Could not find where the leak was coming from at all. Called Flagstaff Nissan Saturday morning and they were able to get my truck in right away. Once the tech Jeff Almond looked at it, he quickly determined the front differential had been overfilled and the excess was overflowing via the overflow tube above the wheel well. I had an AAMCO shop in Phoenix do the front and rear diff and trans two weeks prior. Turns out AAMCO put too much fluid in and that's why it was overflowing out all over the truck. Jeff showed my exactly where it was coming from. The issue was NOT caused by Nissan but Jeff Almond was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and happy to spend time with me answering other questions about my Armada. When I checked out they told me no charge! What!? :) So very much appreciated! I highly recommend Flagstaff Nissan and Jeff Almond, Nissan Master Tech, to anyone needing any kind of vehicle service. Thank again Flagstaff Nissan!

Joni was driving our 2009 Nissan Sentra to take a friend to a doctor's appointment when she had a problem with an aftermarket cruise control. She called the service department and spoke with Tyler. He was awesome he was able to get her in for a diagnostic test within the hour. He kept both of us informed about the cost and the time frames to get the car repaired. The car was fixed and running well by late afternoon. This is our first experience with Flagstaff Nissan. We have never been treated so well by a dealership. Tyler and the technician are to be complimented for their great service and courtesy.
